Community Sprint Grants
Fast-moving, high-visibility projects designed to create immediate impact.
These grants support short-term initiatives led by nonprofits and community development organizations that activate spaces, enhance experience and build momentum in the regional core. Projects are selected for their ability to deliver visible results quickly while contributing to broader vibrancy goals.

ProjectOne Investment Grant
A multi-year, strategic investment focused on long-term transformation of the downtown Peoria, the region’s core.
